Every child should be allowed to put their coat/ jacket and accessories inside, not outside, especially during winter season. I don't want my kid to get sick, plain and simple. Also, parent who wants to get inside should be allowed to do so. 5 year old kids should not be lifting and carrying heavy balls. Other that that, no complaints.
I was a former student and had to stop going because of my college being so far away, when I told my sensei he called me a failure. And looking back now he would always take his anger out on us by making us work hard.
