Master Bret Mischlich is an experienced Tae Kwon Do instructor and a Kukkiwon certified 4th degree black belt. He has been active in the martial arts for 24 years and continues to train and compete in tournaments.

Olympic Taekwondo Sparring)

Creative defense including kickboxing and weapons skills)
Thursdays: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Kid/Beginner Taekwondo including students of all ranks up to the age of 12years)
Thursdays: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Adult Taekwondo including students of all ranks 12 years and older)
*Students are given the opportunity to participate in local, regional, and state tournaments. At these tournaments students get to meet other students from across Colorado, practice their skills against other schools, and see Olympic level athletes compete.
