Tri-City Kempo Karate's head instructor is Rick Thompson. We teach hard style karate with a combination of material from Shotokan, Goju-Ryu, and Judo. Kempo specializes in progressive self defense techniques intended to equip the student with the necessary discipline, confidence, and martial arts skills to adapt to various defensive situations.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Tri-City Kempo Karate:
Tuesday: 6:00 – 8:30 PM
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 6:00 – 8:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
