Chushin Shinajii Judo and Jujitsu
Synergy Judo and Self Defense Systems (Chushin Shinajii) trains in the arts of Judo and Japanese Jujitsu as well as self defense courses and home defense training. We offer classes for kids and adults on Mondays (6:30-7:30p) and Saturdays (9:30-10:30p). Class fee is $60.00 per month with NO CONTRACTS or hidden fees. Train as long as you like or cancel at any time without penalty. Uniforms cost $74.00.
Our philosophy is simple: learn how NOT to fight. Te principles of Judo are very clear: all interactions must be mutually beneficial to all participants and we must learn to move in a maximally efficient manner, using the oncoming energy of our partner. By developing self confidence in learning movements and techniques once utilized on the battle field of Feudal Japan, our students realize they dont have to fight.....they have the confidence and training to walk away when able. When walking away is not an option, they also have the ability to defend themselves and stay safe. We focus on: grappling while standing, throws, ground defense, defense against :wrist grabs/kicks/punches/hairpull/bearhug, etc.

Programs & Class Schedule
Martial Arts Classes
Studying the Japanese arts of Judo and Japanese Jujitsu in a safe, controlled environment. Classes for kids and adults focus on standing techniques of Judo and Jujitsu, but incorporate ground fighting and postures/techniques utilized in Shotokan Karate and Kung Fu. Dr. Cleveland has been training in the Martial Arts for over 20 years, studying Eagle Claw Kung Fu, Shotokan Karate, Judo, Jujitsu and Aikido.
Class Schedule:
Monday: 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturday: 9:30-10:30 am
Tuition: $60.00/month

Conceal and Carry/Self Defense Classes
We offer Monthly conceal and carry training courses for those people interested in learning to use a firearm safely. This course qualifies for priviliges in WI, MN and FL. Cost of class is $99.00 per student. go to our website: mysynergyselfdefense.com for details and class schedule.
