Sensei Jeff Laurell is not only a great technician, but one of the best teachers and motivators I have ever known as a martial artist since 1971. He produces national champions in a small, high-country dojo in Divide, Colorado

We have been with Suzuran for over 5 years now. Not only has my kids judo improved with winning Junior Nationals last year, but also his grades, attitude, committment, confidence and self esteem. Suzuran Judo not only teaches kids disciple and skills, but also emphases the need to be a good person in society. We train hard together but we also play hard together. We take many trips to Monarch Mountain and snowboard together too, bbq's, pizza nights, ect. My 3rd son will be a senior next year and his passion for judo is still going strong. Thank you Suzuran. Not to mention this organization has made two strong successful Marines out of my oldest sons.

Jeff, Amy, and Scott have created a wonderful judo club where everyone is trying to help each other to become a better person and a better judoka.

A key aspect of the Suzuran program is about personal development, which is priceless in today's society. As parents of a young judoka, it is truly amazing to witness the ongoing development as a leader and as a team player being asked to grow in order to get promoted to the next belt.

Suzuran's results from a pure sport perspective are amazing: you will be hard pressed to find better instruction or training elsewhere.

Come join our team; you will find that you will be welcomed with open arms!
