I love this place. The staff is terrific. Their traditional martial arts classes really make you think about how you would actually use this technique. If you're looking for a faster pace, their Krav maga program leaves you sweaty and hyped for next class. The instructors actually take the time to get to know you personally, even in a class of ten to fifteen people. I wish I could give them six stars.
