Academy of Shaolin Kung Fu teaches martial arts in a forms based system. Sifu Tristan Frankus has 17 years of experience and the lineages for his forms reach all the way back to the Shaolin Temple.
Class structures include instruction in forms, self defense (chin na), proper falling and throwing techniques (shuai chaio), as well as proper form for kicking, punching, stretching and more.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Academy of Shaolin Kung Fu:
Beginner/ intermediate classes - suggested age range 16-100
Little Monkeys Kung Fu classes - suggested age range 7-15
