Great instruction and encouragement to accomplish more

This school has been taught at the Norwalk Arts and Sports Complex for the past twenty years. The current instructor has run it for the past 15-16 years and he started in this program when he first took classes. Solid training! You will learn to find your limit. A lot of people have come through the karate classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and I think he started the Friday night class. Great group and instruction! Wish I had more time to be there!
