Most useful and empowering Ninja training "on and off " the mat!

These guys have taken the inspiring way of the ninja and applied it to modern situations in the most valuable format. . . amazing training! I have learned self-defense, developed resilience and mind flexibility, I 've boosted my confidence and improved patience! The To Shin Do art has blended 9 schools of martial arts so, for my "efficient" mindset this is the path to integral success. Tony Dixon, Randle Charles and Ian Sanderson are some pretty inspiring teachers!
