Junior Ninjas!: 6-9yo. Our Junior Ninjas program uses fun and achievement to motivate children in constructive physical activity. Children learn good listening, teamwork, goal setting, athletic and basic self-defense skills, as well as build a lifelong safety awareness. Our structured and nurturing program provides your child a superb learning environment to build the foundation for future life success.
American Ninjutsu: 10-17yo + parents of students may also participate. American Ninjutsu is a full-spectrum martial art that trains strikes, kicks, throws, ground grappling, use of weapons and acrobatic tumbling to students of all skill levels, and ties it all together with a true warrior mindset. Our program uses progressive self-protection and physical fitness training to teach children leadership, respect, self-esteem, safety awareness, and gross motor skills.
AMOK! Combatives: Adults-only. AMOK! is an ultrafunctional fighting system prioritizing the use of weapons for personal defense. If you are an adult seeking to develop effective personal defense skills fast, AMOK! is the world-class training you need.
