I became familiar with Rothrock's four years ago when I was seeking out a place for my son to take Tai Chi. After just 10 minutes in the room with my son, the chief instructor (Mr. Solito) knew Tai Chi was not ideal for him and suggested he instead take kung fu. It's been a life-altering experience for my son, who is on the autism spectrum. Not only has he improved his focus, but he's also increased his self-esteem. I can't say enough good things about the instructors at Rothrock's. My son can be difficult on a good day because of the autism, and the patience and caring they have shown for him over the last four years has been incredible. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to take classes there as well. If you're looking for knowledgeable instructors and a great kung fu community, Rothrock's is the place to go.
