R.H.D. MARTIAL ARTS FOR ALL AGES

R.H.D. Martial Arts classes focus on building self-confidence, self-control, and self-defense skills. R.H.D. Martial Arts Core Values can be summed up in three words: RESPECT. HONOR. DISCIPLINE

Cost:

Little Ninjas monthly class is $40. All other monthly classes are $60. Payment must be made before the registration deadline to ensure class quota is met. Minimum of 5 is required for class to be held. Maximum for classes are 25. Payment may be made at the front reception desk at the Parks and Recreation Center.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at R.H.D. Martial Arts:

  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Programs & Class Schedule

Sessions:
All classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Community Room in the Hope Mills Parks.
Class Descriptions:
Little Ninjas (Ages 3-5)
5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Little Ninjas classes focus on fundamental movement skills, sitting/standing skills, and following instructions with an emphasis on fun.
Youth - Beginner (6 - 12)
6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Youth Beginner's classes provide a more complex workout while still teaching basic techniques and core values.
Youth Intermediate (6-12)
6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Youth Intermediate classes are for children who have attended the beginners' class and advanced to Orange Belt under R.H.D. Martial Arts. These children are ready for more advanced techniques.
Teens & Adults (13 & Up)
7:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Teens and Adult classes focus on fitness and practical fighting skills while still progressing in rank through R.H.D. Martial Arts curriculum.
