I have trained martial arts since I was 12. I competed in AAU tournaments and on the Junior Olympics tournament circuit. I trained through high school and college with different teachers, I travelled southeast asia studying different martial arts in their mother countries, and I have done stunt fighting in action movies as an adult. Through all my experience, Sifu Ray Copeland is the best martial arts teacher I have ever had, without question. Check out his school. You will not regret it!
