Exceeds Expectations!!!

I never imagined the impact taking a Taekwondo class would have on my grandson. I enrolled him to help boost his self-esteem and give him a way to get some exercise. He could barely lift his leg 10" off the floor the 1st 8 weeks. He is now at his 2 year anniversary and has his orange belt and ready to test for his next belt. Master Frankovich has tremendous patience. He talks to and treats his students with respect. He gets respect from his students in return not because he demands it, but because he earns it. My grandson has ASD (Asperger's) and it is extremely hard for him to focus and remain anxiety free for even short periods of time. When it comes to Taekwondo - He is focused and anxiety FREE!. He gets quite a workout and comes out of every class feeling proud, happy and relaxed and can't wait to go to the next class. It is a fantastic release and relief for him. I can't thank you enough for all you have done Master Frankovich and Tanya.

Deeper Understanding of taekwondo.

At other schools I have trained at the instructor would show us how to do the moves without teaching us why we move that way. Pine tree Master Frankovich and his black belts teach in a way that you will understand and be able to explain why you are doing what you do for every move. This school is a different type of school that really focuses on self betterment within the training.

Traditional Tae Kwon Do - not a "belt factory"

This is a school whose instructor has a true passion for the art, including it's history. As students we are pushed to understand the meaning of techniques, not just blind mechanics. This school reignited my interest in martial arts, after taking TKD as a young teen. Good real-life one on one instruction. Master Frankovich is always open to questions and great conversation about martial arts or even life in general. I recommend this school with no hesitation.

As with anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. Train like you mean it!

Pine Tree TKD is a great place to work out, and what makes it so wonderful are the people. Master Frankovich is a patient teacher and takes many perspectives when teaching. His background in multiple martial arts transfers into his well rounded teaching of Taekwondo.

Training including forms, self defense, and sparring with a strong focus on technique and working with the body's biomechanics.

A place to learn in-depth meaning behind every move.

Pine Tree TaeKwonDo is a great school I was involved with another school for a long time but I did not learn why we did each move. Here we are taught how to do each step correctly and why we move in the ways that we do. The classes are great for every age and the masters are all great with kids. With practical self defense as the goal for each move I would recommend this school to everyone especially for those who have already earned the rank of black belt at another dojang.

Pine Tree Taekwondo is a very good school to train in taekwondo at. I have been to at least three or four different taekwondo schools throughout my martial arts journey, and compared to this one, they all fall short by far. The instructor makes the school, and Master Frankovich has done a very good job. He teaches and interacts with the students at a level that many martial arts instructors fail to reach. He is a very skilled martial artist and I would definitely recommend his school for anyone who is interested in learning this martial art.
