Not the best place to learn

I will explain how he treats students for context for kung fu students. First, he will have you sign a six-month contract for 129 dollars a month, with a clause saying that if you quit before then he can send it to collections.
The classes are 45 minutes for beginners and he allows students he deems as experienced to stay a bit later. The first fifteen minutes are stretching and warm ups without him in the room. He is still outside teaching his tai chi class. He did not even teach me how to properly do the warm ups and stretches, he left it to the "experienced students" who also did not know how to properly do all of them. That leaves about 30 minutes of instruction from him and two classes a week for beginners. That is an hour of week for beginners for 129 dollars a month.
I was very dissapointed with the level of service and yet I was stuck in a six month contract. If you do choose to learn under him, please at least research his experience in martial arts on your own and do not take it from word of mouth.
