Being 64 years old, I was a bit shy to enroll in Karate with my 7 year old grand-daughter! Plus I'm handicapped after a serious accident. Now, after about 2 years, I'm working on my green belt, alongside with my grand-daughter. The Best family, so appropriately named, takes the time to analyze one's physical condition, then capitalizes on what CAN be done, versus limitations of the individual. Mr. Best, Lilly and Kaylee are all advanced belts, Mr. Best, Master with a 3rd degree black belt. Make no mistake, this takes tons of work and commitment with a very high degree of student expectation. Their moto, "holding others above yourself, " speaks volumes regarding their philosophical approach to instructing. This is one of the salient reasons it's truly a great school.
This is a wonderful family community and I highly recommend it for anyone, any age and in any physical condition. Simply put, they are The BEST!
