Wonderful School For Adult Beginners To Achieve Advanced Belts

I joined as an older (48), out of shape male. The instructors and environment are very inviting, open, engaging and the training is intense.
Everything is done at a level that prevents boredom, definitely improves your confidence and physical fitness almost immediately. The adult class has male and females but the instructors gear their teachings towards "strengthening your weaknesses", not highlighting themselves. Very well done.
Hopefully the weight training area will be updated soon with free weights and dip/pull-up station.
Must applaud Master Boyer and Mister Johnson for their efforts at giving new students confidence and the advanced students plenty of space to grow.
