Paramount Martial Arts Center
Paramount Martial Arts Center provides karate for children, teenagers and adults. We pride ourselves on fun, structured classes, taught in a safe and positive environment by professionally trained instructors. Our carefully structured programs go far beyond punching, blocking and kicking. We use the Martial Arts as a means of teaching Life Skills, in order to help improve all aspects of a student’s life.
Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Paramount Martial Arts Center:
- Tae Kwon Do
- Chung Do Kwan
Programs & Class Schedule
Tiny Tot’s program is perfectly structured program for ages four to six years old. It focuses on building coordination, focus and self-confidence.
Junior Program is for children ages 7-12. In addition to the physical benefits, it focuses on helping children develop confidence, self-discipline and respect.
Teens develop strong character and a positive attitude. The self-confidence they develop can translate into better grades in school and better relationships with family and friends.
Adults reap the benefits of improve physical fitness, including relief from stress. Both Teens and Adults enjoy improvements in stamina and energy while developing important self-defense skills
