This is an family martial arts enviroment. And there are no fees or contracts, he teaches for donations. This is a unique form of silat, you must come to truly appreciate it.
I've been a student for over 6 months now. This is a tuition free/ donation based kendang, so the price is right. The Guru is very patient in his instruction, and seems to be able to communicate well with students of all ages and learning styles. I have an easy time understanding the material as he presents it, and the Guru is well versed in Bukti Negara's history, and the history of the Serak system. This is also the only Bukti Negara kendang in the eastern U.S. that is an official affiliate school of Paul de Thouars PDT Academy.
