Great place for the whole family. No beat down atmosphere but respect, discipline, fitness and fun. Environment conducive to personal growth. Miss it! Hope it reboots after lava settles down.

I signed up my great grandchildren two years ago. We were having much trouble with their behaviors. Lack of respect and self-discipline. Mr. Gilbert has not only taught my grandchildren better values but have taught us, their family, how to be more respectful of each other and how to be self-disciplined. Mahalo Sifu Gilbert

Son loves it

My son loves it and looks forward to going. It keeps him out of trouble and gives him an outlet to let out any frustration in a healthy setting.
He likes the sparring matches.

They are great! Zach is awesome with the kids and it has made a huge difference with my son.
He has borderline ADHD and now he can do a whole hour class!!
I would recommend it to anyone.

Went in for my kids and took lessons for myself

I originally went in for my kids.
Then i saw the credentials and felt really good about the place. Thought I'd give it a try too.
I am still there and am a Blue belt.
Love it! Love them.
Its really a great spot and great people.

I was relaxed and excited to start.
Good atmosphere and they know their stuff
This was a fun school that trained some Hawaiian Kempo and wrestling for several years. Sadly it is gone, the two main guys moved to the mainland.
