In Assoc. with Kootenay Aikido Kenkyukai Nelson, BC. Jean Rene' sensei
Classes open to all. Please feel free to visit and flow anytime. Peaceful setting in the country. Dojo on 60 acres along the Pack River. We emphasize natural connection and movement with ki. Tai Chi and Yoga stretching to open and close class. Private instruction available. 19 years of background in Aikido. Lenny Thorell sensei Dojo opened 1998. International connection thru Canada.
Our emphasis is on a non martial approach to connection with uke. A soft viewing point of cooperation, non combative, non confrontational.
A blending of yin with yang, male/female. Positive relaxing training for each and both. A shedding of ego so as to let go of burdens.
