We are a non-profit school that teaches Ki, Aikido and Kiatsu in Orange County, California. We have been in business since 1974.
Our programs include Young Deshi (3-5 years old), Children (5-10 years old), Tween/Teens (10-17 years old) and adults. We teach Aikido as well as Ki training. Ki training includes mind and body coordination, Ki exercises, breathing, meditation and Kiatsu (using the principles to improve health).
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Orange County Ki Society:
We offer programs for children ages 3 and up, teenagers, and adults. Classes include not just the martial art of Aikido but also mind and body coordination, breathing and using Ki principles to improve personal health.
