I would highly recommend this school for strong traditional development in the discipline of karate. The Sensei's are very professional, knowledgeable, and fun.
The atmosphere that permeates the dojo is full of comfort, and safety.
This is the real deal of the self defence industry.

I would like to express my complete gratitude towards One strike karate. I attended a couples self defence class and walked out of there confident and aware of my abilities that I felt I was lacking. As a women, I walked into that class intimidated and unsure of my strengths to defend myself but when I was finished I felt empowered. I was educated on simple things we use everyday that we could use as weapons, different scenarios that could arise and how our actions and reactions can affect a confrontation as well as simple defence mechanisms I could use with little strength to break free. Not only did I learn so much but the support and encouragement I received in the class was greatly appreciated. Sensei Rhonda and Sensei Lee were phenomenal coaches and were so inviting. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I felt like I walked away from there with a new friendship. I live in Canada and I will defiantly be making the drive to bring my kids there.

Sensi Rhonda and her staff are excellent. Very patient and willing to help each student. Sensi Rhonda and her staff are excellent role models for there students.
Great facility with highly qualified instructors who combine discipline & hard work with fun for all.

Great facility, great instructors and high quality training! Sensei Rhonda and Sensei Lee bring so much knowledge to the style of Isshinryu karate.

My Instructor is Sensei Lee Golebiewski, he has been practicing Isshin-Ryu for over 40 years.
A great place for students and teachers to come together. I enjoy the family aspect of the dojo. The teachers truely care about the students.
