Highly knowledgable instructor in traditional Jujitsu and Judo. Relaxed and friendly but serious atmosphere to learn and train in.
Whether your intent is competition or self defense, Sensei Mateo Gonzalez can tailer his instruction to meet your needs.

I have been involved in the martial arts for the past 15 years. I have trained with several instructors, and in several arts. Sensei Mateo runs his class in a way that is educational, fun, and challenging. The atmosphere is very friendly and I would recommend both kids and adult classes to anyone.
As soon as my son and I went through the door we were made to feel welcome and part of the family. Sensei Mateo Gonzalez has created a safe and fun atmosphere with serious instruction for students of all levels. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. Old School Martial Arts is the real deal.
