Lini Lieberman-Erich is head instructor, a 4th dan Master with the Western Pacific Tang Soo Do Association and is affiliated with the World Dang Soo Do Union. She has been teaching the martial arts for over 30 years.
Martial Arts classes are for everyone – the young, the old, the fit, and the not so fit.
In 1 ½ hours you get it all: self defense, focus, stretching, strengthening, balance and a cardiovascular workout.
Come join us for this energizing and empowering class.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at North Coast Martial Arts:
Schedule:
Mondays 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - age 8 through adult
Wednesdays 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - age 8 through adult
*Younger students end class at 7:00 PM
Payment is on a month to month basis. Beginners and advanced students are in the same class each working on what is appropriate for their level.
