Unprofessional.

My daughter had been attending this school for some time. She started using and threatening to use martial arts on her siblings. My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to talk to the director of the school and ask him to remind my daughter that it was inappropriate to do this and to remind her what role martial arts should play in a person's life (as any good instructor would be willing to do). The director was immediately offended and resorted to calling me names in front of my daughter and began to lecture me about how I should parent my daughter. My wife and I were very disappointed and we pulled our daughter from the school. I'm not sure if there was a language/cultural barrier but either way, calling customers names is not a good or appropriate practice.
