Moo Duk Kwan HQ is a traditional karate school that teaches a martial art known as Soo Bahk Do. Training students since 1975.
We are a family friendly school with classes for both children and Mom/Dad.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Moo Duk Kwan HQ:
Tots class:
Ages 4-6 years. Class is designed for the youngest of beginners. Focus of the class is to develop
coordination, balance and discipline, preparing to go into a regular child's class.
Children's class
Ages 6-11 years. Children's class offers a more technical, curriculum-based study presented in a energetic, motivating format. And follows official ranking as certified by the US Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation. Students are introduced to the art of Soo Bahk Do not only on a physical aspect but also a mental or spiritual aspect that focuses on such values and concepts as concentration, endurance, control of power, discipline and respect, among others.
Youth Class
Ages 12-15 years. (Early teens) Students learn the physical aspects of techniques, such as, how to generate maximum power while emphasizing proper body movement, weapon awareness and posture discipline. Mental or spiritual aspects of training are also developed to promote a clear understanding between mind and body.
Adult Class
Age 16 & up. The benefits from training are in-measurable !From self defense, flexibility and personal confidence to better health, there's one to fit your goals. Chances are, there's a class to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and train as hard as you. There is no routine workout to get bored from or brut force competition. While training in the art of Soo Bahk Do, you can expect to learn self confidence and control, techniques for defense, greater endurance and flexibility. In a short period of time everyone will look at you differently
