The level of instruction at the M.E. Lyons YMCA is OUTSTANDING! They have a 7th DAN and 5th DAN Master-level instructor teaching there. The other Taekwondo school located in Fitworks only has a couple of 3rd DAN black belts teaching. If you watch the instructors perform you'll see a huge difference in their technical abilities and their teaching. The YMCA instructors are very fit looking, strong and flexible. Almost a complete opposite of their counterparts at the other location. I watched the other school and honestly, their instructors had poor techniques, were out of shape, and didn't seem to have a lot of experience in their style.
I highly recommend the YMCA program. You get 4 hours of classes a week and instruction by some high level instructors.
