7 - 8 pm :Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Mon - Thur
Kid's : 3:30 - 4:30pm : K - Mixed martial Arts / Self Defense Mon - Wed
6 -7 pm : K - Brazillian Jiu Jitsu / Striking Tue & Thur
