We offer karate, fitness, and self defense training for children and adults. Classes are taught by our nationally certified instructors in a safe, fun, positive environment. Our Karate for Kids program has been developed for children 5-13. In addition to karate, self defense, bully prevention, and fitness training our Karate for Kids program teaches essential life skills like listening, paying attention, and following directions, while developing self confidence, perseverance, respect, and many other positive habits. Our Teen and Adult Karate program has been developed for ages 14 and older.
