The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Lakeshore Martial Arts:
Kids:
Tiny tigers ages 4,5 & 6. Mon,tues,wed @ 4:15-4:45
Lil' Tigers ages 7,8 &9. Mon,tues, wed @ 5-5:45
Youth Karate 10 years and up. Mon and wed @ 6-7 and sat @ 12
Adults:
Adult karate 14 years and up. Mon and wed @ 7-8:30 and sat @ 12
Aiki-Jiu-jitsu 14 and up. Tues and thurs @ 6-7:30
Sei tou ryu kenjitsu 14 years and up Tues and thurs @ 7:30-9:30 and Sat @ 10 am - 12.

I have worked in the health and fitness business for almost ten
--Muskegon YMCA 1 year as personal and fitness trainer
--4.5 years at the Wellness center at the Memorial medical center in New Orleans as a personal and fitness trainer as well as therapy for mobility limited individuals
--Personal trainer at various gyms in New Orleans
3rd degree blackbelt Shotokan karate - AJKA and ISKF certifications
1st degree blackbelt in Sei tou ryu kenjitsu (Japanese swordsmanship) - American Warrior society
1st degree blakbelt Toka ryu ninjitsu
10 years experience in Aiki-jitsu
5 years experience in Kali
2 years experience in Japanese jiu-jitsu
Experience with 8 diferent styles of martial arts.
