Kyokushin Karate has often been described as the hardest form of Karate - and it is true: In Kyokushin, we do not use any kind of protection and fight full contact. But do not be worried: The focus of the sport is to benefit the Karateka's health! After just a few training sessions you will begin too feel the positive effect of the training on your body and your general condition.
Fairness and sense of community are important values in our club! Kumite and full contact fighting is open for anyone interested and fit for it.
