Spirit Wind Hapkido and BAM cardio self-defense lead the schedule, but also offered are: Kiatsu, Guided Meditation, and Kobujutsu. Ages served are 4 years old and up. Come in for a free lesson. Very family-friendly atmosphere.
Kurt (9th dan) and Alanna (5th dan) Steinke are the senior instructors. The dojo is affiliated with the Full Circle Martial Arts Federation.
