K Defense Martial Arts

At K Defense Martial Arts you will practice the art of Tang Soo Do. Tang Soo Do focuses on self defense and self improvement. You'll develop balance, coordination, fitness level, and you will improve your skill in kicking and controlling an attacker. Both children and adults benefit from increased focus, self-discipline, exposure to a respectful atmosphere, opportunity for friendly competition, and fun.
