Programs & Class Schedule
Introduce your three to seven years old child to the wonders of martial arts. Our special program will build your childs self-esteem and help in the development of personal confidence and character. We motivate your child to develop action steps for doing homework and improving performance at school. We provide constant encouragement with a major emphasis on effort rather than outcome which helps your child with good effort eventually resulting in success. All of our classes are up-beat and high-energy, accompanied with positive reinforcement.
Teen classes give those aged 12 to 17 a vigorous, fun fitness program they can enjoy with their peers. Our approach helps everyone, regardless of athletic abilities. As adolescent grapple with that place between childhood and adulthood, our program helps them learn to set appropriate boundaries and use their voices effectively. They also learn important skills in violence prevention and conflict resolution that can help them during their school years and beyond.
Our adult students experience a combination of exercises for both body and mind. On the physical side, the body is strengthened by cardiovascular workouts as well as isometric and dynamic tension exercises. Mental training includes self defense techniques to respond quickly to any dangerous situation.
