The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi:
Mon - 10:30 am - 11:30 am - Tai Chi/Qigong for Health and Wellness
Mon - 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Various Kung Fu Classes
Tue - 11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Tai Chi/Qigong for Chronic Conditions
Tue - 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Kung Fu and Wushu classes and ShaoLin Fitness for Women.
Wed - 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Kung Fu & Tai Chi classes
Thu - 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Various Kung Fu classes and ShaoLin Fitness (Intense)
Fri - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Various Tai Chi classes
Sat - 10:00 am to 12:30 pm - Kung Fu & Tai Chi classes
We have separate programs for children and adults. Programs are also divided by level with separate classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced students.
You can sign up for unlimited classes and a beginner adult has over a dozen classes a week they can attend, while an advanced student has twice as many.
We also have family classes that allow parents to train with their children.
