Monday 5-7p
Wednesday 5-7p
Thursday -530p-645p (Shoto Kenbo kai only)
Thursday- 645p-8p (Kajukenbo only)
Friday- 10a-11a Senior Citizens Self defense class
Sunday -6p-8p ( family training class)
Coming soon is Friday 6-8p - competition training location
Will be announced.
