I have been going to Ing Martial Arts & Advanced Training for the last five years. I have a sciatic problem that required chiropractic adjustments monthly. Since working with Craig and participating in Tai Chi classes weekly, I no longer see a chiropractor for adjustments. I highly recommend Ing Martial Arts with Craig's guidance and methods for healthier pain free living.
