I would like to say that due to Da'jia's participation in Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts her confidence and awareness has improved greatly. Sensei Oliver is doing a very fine job with Da'jia.

Cuong Nhu has really changed my daughter for the better, not only has she lost weight and gotten in shape but her confidence has skyrocketed. My daughter has also improved in her home and social life with her attitude and behavior; she is more respectful and caring towards others. We are grateful we found such a wonderful class for her with an exceptional Instructor. She is always so excited every class day and wishes it were on every day. SMILE....
