At Heiwado Dojo we proudly offer what we feel is the “best of the best” in martial arts training to the Fairfield County, CT area. Our unique variety of programs is focused on providing effective self-defense, Fitness Training, and Internal Health & Wellness. Our martial arts and fitness training classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of Kids, Teens, and Adults. Our misssion is to help each of our members achieve their individual goals - regardless of age, experience level, gender, or athletic ability.

Kids Martial Arts (ages 5-12): Tuesday, Thursday at 6:30p. Saturday at 10a
Kickboxing: Tuesday, Thursday 5:30p and 7:15p. Saturday 11a
Mixed Martial Arts: Monday 5:15p. Wednesday and Friday 5:30p.
Jiu Jitsu: Monday 7p. Wednesday and Friday 6:30p
Tai Chi: Wednesday 7:30p
Weapons: Friday 7:30p
