At Ground Control, they treat each member like part of the family. Very clean location. This place is super welcoming to beginners and everyone is very patient with instruction. The mats are clean, equipment is sturdy, and the classes are well designed. The rest rooms have showers and lockers. Instruction is excellent and members treat you like family. They have a ladies bjj class and kids classes as well. Definitely give it a try, they give you a 7 day pass.
