A really great stress free class environment. The instructor there is really professional and very willing to give personal instructions and guidance when needed. I go there now as often as I can. Hopefully I can see you all there.
Also as a Kajukenbo school you can practice almost anything you feel you need to without judgement and the instructor is more than willing to work on it with you to improve your skills. Love this place.

My two children ages 9 and 11 have been training here since September of 2012 and love their instructors and look forward to attending every week. Great and wonderful Family environment.

Sifu Craig is an excellent teacher that really cares for his students. He always goes the extra mile to help you learn forms and tricks.

I love this school. I just wish I had more time ad gas to travel to get to the school. The instructors CARE about your growth inside and outside the classroom!! My heart and soul is with this school and teachers!! Someday I will return and fulfill my dream of having the honor and privilege of teaching what they taught me.

Very enjoyable. Sifu Craig makes you feel like family.
I really enjoy Sifu Craig's instruction and the family atmosphere of the place. He has helped me overcome lots of emotional, physical, and spiritual hurdles since I've started there. I am more physically fit, I have more self-discipline and confidence, his classes literally saved my life while I was going through a very dark time; I dont think my words can do it justice.
He and his son Aaron still continue to give me hope, realistic goals for myself in the martial art, and I'm never bored with the curriculum. I am so grateful for all the gifts I have been given from this school and hope to continue this art indifinitely; this class affects every aspect of myself and continues to improve everything I do. I even use his teachings when I'm cleaning the house or just walking around!
Whoever you are and whatever you're going through, he is compassionate and reasonable. I recommend his classes whole-heartedly!
