At GIRL FIGHT our goal is to empower women through the Martial Arts. We are NJ's only all Female Martial Arts Academy.
The majority of our classes are built for women, by women. Our roots are Muay Thai kickboxing, but our classes integrate various styles of Martial Arts, Boxing, Self-Defense & Fitness techniques.
We offer KIDS, ADULT & COED classes, and PRIVATE LESSONS too!!
We are not to be confused with Cardio Kickboxing.
The students train like fighters, without ever having to fight or get hurt! Most of our students are just here to lose weight or stay in shape, so most of our classes are Non-to-Light contact. We do offer separate Full-contact classes to the girls who want to spar and compete.
All of our classes incorporate Cardio, Strength, Coordination, Balance and Endurance training. Plus, its great for stress management! We use all kinds of equipment; heavy bags, Thai pads, Speed bags, Focus Mitts, Medicine balls, etc. Many of our students have quit their gyms, because they get everything they need at our academy in 1 hour a day.
