Frankfort Elite Martial Arts is led, founded and owned by 4th degree black belt Katrina Nimmo. Ms. Nimmo has trained in Songahm Taekwondo for over 20 years and has taught ATA students for over eleven years. She has won state championships for taekwondo sparring, forms, and traditional weapons and has competed nationally. At Frankfort Elite, she has created a positive and supportive environment for students to improve their fitness, build confidence, and learn Songahm Taekwondo.
