Four Elements Martial Arts

Welcome to Four Elements Martial Arts & Fitness Center. Our center encompases HapKiDo martial arts, Tai Chi, Kendo, Womens Self-Defense, Cardio Kickboxing and more.

Our founder Grandmaster Chu Ma taught extensively in Korea before moving to the United States. He has crafted a unique, balanced system of martial arts, based in tradition, yet grounded in modern, effective self defense techniques.

Adult, Children and Seniors are welcome. We offer wellness programs for any age and walk of life. Come in to see why we are the Tri-Cities fastest growing, larges and most comprehensive Fitness Center.

Martial Art Styles

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Four Elements Martial Arts:

  • Hapkido
  • Kendo
  • Tae Kwon Do
  • Tai chi

Programs & Class Schedule

We offer HapKiDo classes Monday thru Saturday.
Group Classes;
Mondays and Wednesdays are adult classes from 5 pm until 9 pm.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are childrens' classes from 5 pm until 9 pm.
Fridays are open, and Saturdays adults at 9 am, and children at 10 am.
We are closed on Sundays.
Private lessons with Grandmaster Ma are available by appointment.

Tai Chi classes are held on Tuesdays from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm

Cardio Kickboxing will start soon, and we are planning on adding Yoga also.
