The Best Karate School Ever

The place is really awesome. The teacher is probably the nicest teacher you could find on Long Island. He is very patient, and he can't stay angry very long. The environment is really cool, with lots of pictures, certificates, and trophies on the walls. The teacher is very good at teaching, especially children, and if I could, I would recommend this place to everyone in the world.

My daughter started her training at this Dojo about 2.5 years ago at the age of 8. She loved it from the very first moment and progressed tremendously already during the first year. The atmosphere in this Dojo is very friendly with a lot of exchange between students of different levels and ages. We are very grateful to Shihan Robert Ornes for the training he provides. I would recommend this karate school to anybody.
My daughter studied under Shihan Ornes for 10 years, ultimately receiving her Black Belt. The teaching of karate for him is a calling, not a money making enterprise. He is rigorous in his standards, demanding a lot from his students while treating them with respect and kindness. He is a wonderful man and I cannot recommend this school highly enough.
