Five Rings Martial Arts Academy

Five Rings Martial Arts Academy, is a Mixed Martial Arts system that is geared for the whole family. Our Base system is Kenpo, with a blend of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Krav Maga, jujitsu, Kung Fu and weapons training.

The Chief Instructor is Sensei Vince Pratico, 4th Dan, who has been training for over 16 years in this blended system. Sensei Mike Sweeney, 4th Dan, has also been training for over 16 years. Together they are a dynamic pair of instructors who motivate, educate, and inspire their students to reach for the highest goals possible.
