The dojo is run by 9th Dan Soke Henri Eksteen whom has almost 40 years of traditional karate experience behind his name. He has trained in various styles such as Shukokai, Shotokan, JKA, Shorinjiryu, Freestyle and WAKO. Eksteen dediced to go independant a few years ago forming his own system to operate globally known as Eksteen Bushido Freestye Karate do of which is affiliated to the legendary World Kobukan Federation Kizuna situated in Britain and was officially appointed as the South African Director for the WKF Kizuna in 2010. He also runs an MMA division which is affiliated directly to the World International Martial Arts Association & Organization whereby he serves in South Africa as the South African President.
