JUJITSU 360 SELF DEFENSE

Our JuJitsu 360 is a complete self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. The class is not dependent on size or strength it is strictly self-defense and fitness so training time is spent cultivating those goals 360 is for everyone, it is not your typical karate class.

The structure of our curriculum allows students to learn at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed, At Dragon Heart we don’t just teach people how to fight, we give people the confidence so they never need to.
