We offer Traditional Tang Soo Do, Lil Dragons, Sport Karate, Mommy and Me, Home School and After School Programs, Weapons, Self Defense, Sparring, Private Lessons, to all ages (3+)and abilities in a family friendly atmosphere.
We also offer Yoga on Tues/Thurs at 9:00am for $6/per person and
Zumba Fitness on Tues/Thurs at 8:15pm for $6/per person.
